Ruiming Foundry has an annual production capacity of 5.578 million pieces, mainly composed of gravity casting (5.376 million pieces) and low-pressure casting (202,000 pieces), and has a renewable coated sand production capacity of 63,000 tons.

1. Foundry factory

The annual total production capacity is 5.338 million pieces, including 984,000 finished cylinder heads and 3.14 million roughly machined cylinder heads. The R&D and trial production center is equipped with approximately 40 machining centers.

Specializing in the production and manufacturing of traditional automotive engine blocks, covers, oil pans, as well as new energy vehicle transmission cases, motors, electronic control systems and other aluminum alloy die-casting parts. With over 40 large-scale intelligent die-casting units of 3500T, 2500T and 1650T, as well as die-casting machines ranging from 280T to 1250T, it has an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of aluminum alloy die-castings.

4. Equipment factory

Responsible for the research and development design, production and manufacturing, as well as mass production maintenance of core box molds, gravity molds, low-pressure molds, high-pressure molds, hydraulic fixtures, non-standard inspection tools and non-standard equipment. Production capacity: Molds: 300 sets/year, fixtures: 600 sets/year, non-standard equipment: 80 units/year.
