Safety training for lifting machinery
Strengthen the foundation of safety and empower the industry to move forward! To effectively enhance the safety management of lifting equipment, improve the safety management level of relevant enterprises, and strengthen the safety responsibility awareness of practitioners. The "2025 Ruian Lifting Machinery Safety Management Training Conference", hosted by the Tangxia Market Supervision and Administration Branch of Ruian City and organized by our company, was grandly held in the multi-functional hall of the R&D building of Ruiming Co., Ltd. on June 24, 2025!
This high-standard and highly effective training aims to comprehensively enhance the safety management level of the units using lifting machinery in Ruian City, prevent and defuse safety risks, and ensure the safety of personnel's lives and property as well as the stable operation of lifting equipment. A total of 40 safety officers and safety managers from various units using lifting machinery across the city will gather at Ruiming to attend this feast of safety knowledge.
Strengthen the safety defense line
At the beginning of the training, Dai Shaotong from the Tangxia Market Supervision and Administration Branch delivered a motivational speech. He emphasized that as a key piece of equipment in industrial production, the safe operation of lifting equipment is directly related to the production order of enterprises and the life safety of employees. During the operation process, it is essential to strictly follow the standardized procedures to ensure that every operation link is safe and error-free. At the same time, great importance should be attached to the maintenance and upkeep of equipment. A regular inspection and repair system should be established and improved to nip potential safety hazards in the bud. Practitioners should constantly enhance their safety awareness, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and approach the operation and management of lifting equipment with a rigorous attitude and a strong sense of mission, effectively building a solid line of defense for production safety.
Subsequently, experts, based on multiple cases of lifting equipment safety accidents that occurred in recent years, deeply analyzed the causes, processes and serious consequences of the accidents, and vividly and intuitively demonstrated to the trainees the huge risks brought about by factors such as illegal operation, equipment aging and improper maintenance. Through these real cases, we remind everyone to draw lessons from the accidents, take them as a warning, strictly abide by relevant regulations in daily work, and prevent similar accidents from happening again.
01. Theory + practical operation, both approaches are adopted simultaneously
Theoretical class: Systematically study core knowledge such as laws and regulations related to lifting machinery, safety technical specifications, risk identification, key points of daily inspection and maintenance, accident case analysis and emergency response.
02. Factory practice
Trainees will go deep into the front line of the equipment manufacturing factory of Ruiming Co., LTD., and observe and learn the safe operation, standardized management and daily inspection procedures of cranes (bridge cranes) at "zero distance" in real industrial scenarios. The mature equipment management experience and standardized operating environment of Ruiming Co., Ltd. provide an excellent demonstration platform for practical teaching.
