On the afternoon of August 11th, the National Postdoctoral Research Workstation of Ruiming Group successfully held the opening report meeting for the postdoctoral research project. Professor Fu Jianzhong, a doctoral supervisor from Zhejiang University, Professor Chen Guojin from Hangzhou Dianzi University, Professor Yang Jilong from Zhejiang University of Technology, Professor Wu Baizhong from Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College, Professor Zhang Jie from Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College, Pan Bingqing from the Talent Office of the Organization Department of Ruian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Yuan Hongliang, the director of the Talent Development and Market Division of Ruian Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, among other experts and leaders, were invited to attend the review meeting for the opening report.
At the opening report meeting, He Dedao, the assistant to the chairman and the host of the meeting, in his speech, explained the achievements made by the group in recent years in intelligent manufacturing, transformation and upgrading, and independent research and development, and announced the list of the review panel. Subsequently, Professor Fu Jianzhong introduced the background of the postdoctoral fellow who entered the station, and Dr. Lang Wenchang elaborated on the project he entered, "Research and Application of High-Performance Tool and Die Coatings for Aluminum Alloy Parts Manufacturing". He clearly expounded on the basis for the establishment of the research project, the research content and technical route, the research purpose, the key scientific problems to be solved, the characteristics and innovations of the project, the foundation of previous research, and the expected returns, among other aspects.
The review expert group composed of Professor Fu Jianzhong and others made detailed comments on the opening report and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions. After comprehensive evaluation, the review expert group unanimously agreed that the research topic submitted by Postdoctoral fellow Lang Wenchang has strong practical application value and scientific significance, with a solid research foundation, rich research content, and feasible research methods and technical routes. The review expert group unanimously agreed to open the topic. In his speech, Section Chief Yuan Hongliang highly affirmed the work carried out and achievements made by the Ruiming National Postdoctoral Research Workstation since its establishment, and expressed high expectations for the future research and development work of the Ruiming Postdoctoral Research Workstation.
